There have been amendments to the regulations for attendance. At Barons Court we recognise the importance of regular attendance. The Pupil Registration Regulations 2024 introduces a national framework for all schools. The Penalty Notice Regulations reflect that Fixed-Penalty Notices (FPN) will have to be paid within 21 days for the lower £80 rate to apply, otherwise sanctions will remain at £160.00 per parent, per child.
