From the beginning of this academic year there have been amendments to the regulations for attendance. At Barons Court we recognise the importance of regular attendance. The Pupil Registration Regulations 2024 introduces a national framework for all schools.  The Penalty Notice Regulations reflect that Fixed-penalty notices (FPN) will have to be paid within 21 days for the lower £80 rate to apply, otherwise sanctions will remain at £160.00 per parent, per child.
